Contexte
Tasmane, a consulting firm, seeks to optimize its workspace while anticipating its future needs. The objective of this project is to develop a new office space, located on rue Bellini in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in order to rent it out in a plug & play format ready to use for future tenants. To achieve this objective, Tasmane launched a competition that Hexagon won, in collaboration with the architecture firm Axess Workplace. This development project reflects Tasmane's desire to offer a functional and attractive space for tenants, while guaranteeing the possibility of reintegration for its own teams in the future. This project, designed to be both functional and in perfect harmony with current aesthetic and operational standards, extends over a 500 m² platform on the 6th floor and accommodates a workspace for 56 employees, with 61 meeting seats.
An ambitious project for a multi-purpose space
Tasmane has chosen to create a flexible and ready-to-use office space for future tenants, with a long-term strategic vision: after the departure of the latter, Tasmane will integrate this space into its own offices in order to adapt to the growth of its teams. An objective that recalls their similar project, designed two years ago in partnership with the CDB agency, and which combines aesthetic rigor and optimization of uses.
The design was entrusted to Axess Workplace, a firm specialized in design & build, and Hexagone provided the furniture. Together, we were able to convince Tasmane by offering an innovative and well-thought-out design, while meeting their precise expectations in terms of flexibility and aesthetics.
A project focused on sustainability and adaptability
With this new plug & play location, Axess Workplace offers a space capable of adapting to changes in use in a fluid manner. The challenge was to create a space that was not only functional for a tenant, but also capable of transforming into an optimal workspace for Tasmania in the long term. The choice of quality materials, the design of the furniture and the reflection on flexibility bear witness to this desire for foresight and adaptability.
Thanks to this alliance between contemporary design and early reflection on uses, this layout becomes much more than a simple workspace. It is transformed into a strategic investment, designed to remain relevant and functional over time, thus demonstrating how the synergy between design and vision of future needs can generate workspaces that are truly adaptive and with high added value. In this project, it was essential to listen carefully to the customer and to meet their expectations by thoroughly researching their current and future needs.
A well-thought-out choice of furniture
The furniture in this space has been designed to blend perfectly into the architectural concept. Designed to be ergonomic, modern and aesthetic, each element has been carefully selected to correspond to flexible use.
Leet Design cabins in solo and duo versions offer sound isolation solutions for private calls and meetings in small groups. Our meeting tables, in coworking format, reinforce the spirit of sharing and collaboration desired by the customer. The space, designed to offer maximum flexibility, also includes a row of custom-made lockers at the entrance for employees.
The choice of furniture highlights our partner brands, renowned for their quality and design, such as the FOX chairs by Pedrali, which bring a lot of character to the main meeting room and its table with a carmine red tray, the CORNET high chairs from HAY, Ondarreta, with the Ginger and Alo Outdoor chairs from the entrance, accompanied by two BIT stools from Norman Copenhagen.
