background
The project by Adim Côte d'Azur (a subsidiary devoted to real estate development of VINCI Construction), located near the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice, is part of a modern and functional redevelopment approach to office space of more than 20,000 m² spread over five floors. Designed to accommodate around 300 employees, this space integrates tailor-made layout solutions that meet the specific needs of users. hexagon was selected by Dumez Côte d'Azur (a VINCI Construction works subsidiary) to provide all the new furniture but also to provide its French expertise on tables to be upcycled.

Eco-responsibility at the rendezvous with Hexagreen
Beyond the design and the functional aspect of the project, a responsible dimension was integrated into the project, including our hexagreen upcycling solution. It was not just a great idea but a concrete desire of Dumez Côte d'Azur. We have thus designed eight upcycled tables that bring an authentic and virtuous touch to spaces, especially in the tea room and on one of the terraces.
The customer's wardrobes have also been given a makeover. They have been cleaned and the aging handles have been replaced. By giving a second life to this furniture, we have not only created unique pieces, but also reinforced the ecological commitment of the leading construction company.

Spaces Adapted for Every Moment In addition to offices, the premises of VINCI Construction's subsidiaries on the Côte d'Azur in Nice also offer a wide variety of spaces designed to meet various needs throughout the day. Each floor of the building integrates informal areas and waiting areas that provide a balance between professionalism and conviviality. The five-storey building also includes several terraces. These terraces, furnished with care, are real extensions of the offices, where you can combine work and well-being. More specific areas, such as the tea room, have also been carefully designed. Here, hexagreen upcycled tables reinforce the customer's commitment to workspaces combining functionality and eco-design.

Carefully selected brands and materials
To perfect the layout, we used recognized and reliable brands. MDD provided stools and high tables, perfect for informal spaces and moments of exchange. SAAR bookcases bring a touch of elegance while remaining practical. Not to mention the Emu outdoor furniture, which equips the terraces with a clean and resistant design.

An anecdote, as we like them
This project was also full of short stories. For example, when future occupants explained to us how important it was to highlight the design of the legs of meeting tables.
A requirement that we loved to take into account, by working with finesse on the angle of the tops and by making these legs a strong visual element, while respecting the building's color codes and the design concept of JG Architecture.
This kind of detail may seem trivial, but it is what makes the difference and gives a real personality to this space.
A Partnership That Makes Us Proud
This project to develop the new premises of Adim Côte d'Azur, Dumez Côte d'Azur, and Triverio Construction (all VINCI Construction subsidiaries) in Nice is one of those that reminds us why we love what we do. Working with such passionate and involved teams, being able to create spaces that truly reflect the identity and needs of a renowned company, is our greatest satisfaction.
We are very proud to have contributed to this adventure and to have participated, in our own way, in creating a work environment where it is good to evolve. Whether for moments of concentration or moments of break, we have put all our heart into ensuring that each space, each piece of furniture, each detail lives up to the ambitions of the group.
