It has been 3 weeks since the new ESI spaces were inaugurated for the 120 employees of the site. hexagon supported ESI in this project by providing the furniture with one objective: to create a stimulating and functional work environment in the image of their brand. An ambitious project carried out on approximately 1,200 m² of surface area that were covered with our furniture, providing perfect cohesion between design and functionality. 70 fully equipped workstations, 14 meeting rooms and alcoves, 20 acoustic booths... each space has been designed down to the smallest detail.
Diversifying spaces
Of course, at Hexagone we are convinced that a good working environment should include a few informal spaces to promote conviviality in the office and also allow working in different conditions, according to the needs and desires of employees. Spaces designed for this purpose have therefore been arranged in the open-space for more flexibility and functionality.
The cafeteria: the epicenter of the place
A significant asset of this redevelopment project: the large cafeteria and the reception, real meeting points and exchanges that reflect the identity of ESI. A result in bright colors with a futuristic inspiration combining dynamic lines with pop tones carefully chosen beforehand. An atmosphere reinforced by the integrated LEDs that add brilliance and modernity.

This project is the culmination of more than 2 years of work, combining research into new trends and showroom visits. The furniture was supplied by Hexagone, with delivery on time. I am very happy with the result, both in terms of infrastructure and furniture. It is a very nice project and I am looking forward to the reaction of the collaborators.
